When we are installing a new system we have the full details of the system and can ensure a trouble free installation with the minimum of downtime on your machine. If we are reinstalling your system (note this must comply with current regulations), our knowledge of older systems ensures that this can be carried out with the minimum of trouble. The stopping time of the machine is measured and the light curtain is positioned accordingly. "Every employer shall ensure that, where the safety of the work equipment depends on the installation conditions, it is inspected - (a) after installation and before being put into service for the first time; or (b) after assembly at a new site or in a new location, to ensure that it has been installed correctly and is safe to operate."
